Refund policy
At Offley Green, we want every piece of art to bring joy to your home — and we want to support our sustainability goals while doing so. Because each print is made to order and shipped directly to you, we’ve designed a return policy that is fair, transparent, and environmentally responsible.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Email service@offleygreen.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing:
- The damage to the artwork
- Any damage to the packaging (required for carrier claims)
Once received, we will review your request and issue a replacement promptly. Shipping for replacement items is fully covered by us. Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
2. Change of Heart, Wrong Size, or Buyer’s Remorse
Because each piece is custom printed to order and return shipping creates unnecessary carbon emissions, we do not accept physical returns for unwanted items.
Instead, we offer our “Love It or Pass It On” donation-based return option:
Eligibility
- The item must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for donation.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- A valid donation receipt is required.
How It Works
- Donate the artwork to a local charitable organization (Goodwill, Salvation Army, school, nonprofit, or similar).
- Email a clear photo or scan of the official donation receipt to service@offleygreen.com, along with your order number.
- Choose one of the following:
- 60% store credit (never expires)
- 40% refund to your original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and store credit is issued only for the product value.
3. Order Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order, unless the order has already entered production.
To request a cancellation, email service@offleygreen.com immediately with your order number.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items donated without prior communication
- Orders past 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards
- International orders where customs issues prevent delivery
