ORDERING FAQ

We operate a unique, sustainable return policy that limits the carbon emissions generated by shipping returns back across the country to our studio in Santa Monica, CA.

For this reason, we do not offer exchanges or 100% returns for unwanted items that arise through buyers remorse. We ask that you fully research the size and space you are trying to fill with the artwork so that differences in expected sizes can be avoided. If you are uncertain of any measurements or other features concerning our artwork, we would be more than happy to advise ahead of your purchase.

UNWANTED ITEMS

For unwanted items returned due to buyers remorse, we are able to offer a 40% refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:

  • We ask that you donate the artwork to your local Goodwill or Salvation Army.
  • To claim your partial refund, you must provide a clear picture or scan of an official donation receipt, sent to service@offleygreen.com
  • Shipping charges associated with an order are non refundable.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If in the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged through the shipping process, we would be happy to ship a replacement item at no extra charge. To claim a replacement for a damaged item, please be sure to take pictures that clearly show the exact nature of the damage, including any damage to the outside of the packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping provider. Please email these pictures to service@offleygreen.com along with your order number and return request.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The Offley Green store operates on the Shopify ecommerce software platform. Shopify's native payment processor uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect customer information during checkout and Fraud Defender to prevent fraudulent transactions.Shopify Payments also automatically sets up two-step authentication and accepts all major payment methods.

Offley Green makes every print and canvas to order, so there is a 3-7 day processing time before an item is shipped. The processing time varies across different products and formats. Currently, our canvas prints have the longest processing time. In general, we advise you to allow 2 weeks before your item is delivered from the time of ordering. In some cases, we will be able to deliver within a shorter time period.

We use a range of shipping partners, all of whom release tracking links as soon as a shipping label is created. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your artwork ships.

If your artwork has not arrived after two weeks from placing your order, please contact us and we will look into the details.
